I have had these jugs sitting on a shelf for probably 8 years waiting for just the right project to come along. It pains me to sell these but I need to get up some money for another project. These are N.O.S. (new old stock) That means never mounted never run!!! As Ron Trock is no longer with us and Ironheads are a thing of the past you will be hard pressed to find big bore jugs any where! Never mind brand new ones... Check em out!
These jugs are for 3 7/16" pistons. Actual bore is 3.425 (as they have never had pistons fitted to them!) Gasket to gasket length is 5.680". These will not just bolt up with out machining the cases, and relocating the head and cylinder studs.
I would like $650 for them. But I will warn you if you must have these they will go to the highest bidder! Email me at DeepSixCycles@gmail.com
I stole this from the B.D.A.C. blog check out their blog and be there!
No big rides are happening this fall...there seems to be no RFL this year, everyone seems to be getting closer knit within their groups instead of hanging out with others and everyone seems to be over this whole blog adventure thing.
I say to Hell with it...let's ride. I'm working on a tentative date for the weekend of September 23-25 to do a riding trip...no bands will be hired, no Knuckleheads will be given away, but there is plenty of beer to be guzzled and plenty of good roads to ride.
Every year from around the end of September to the beginning of November a town in North Georgia named Helen throws a big Oktoberfest. This whole town is set dead square in the mountains, on a river and has an Alpine village theme. There are bars galore, plenty of weinerschnitzel, spaetzle and knockwurst to make you sick for a few days and it's close enough that the local critters make their way out of the surrounding areas to offer good entertainment. So what say we make a Ride to The River to Wreck Your Liver and enjoy the scenery of the Georgia mountains, the German beer of Oktoberfest and hopefully some non-scag women dressed in beer maid outfits?
Ok so here is a sneak peak at a variation of our Hex Pegs. I keep wanting to call them Tie Fighters as they are made here in the U.S.A. and the kinda remind me of the Star Wars Tie Fighters. But good Ole Boston Mike has that whole Star Wars thing goin so... How about a little contest? If any one can come up with a kick ass name for these pegs. I'll kick you a 10% discount off one of our products! Let the games begin!!!
Our Jockey Shift Knobs like all Deep Six Cycles products are made and polished to the hilt here in house. Right here in the USA! They are made to order which means if you need a specific thread size we can modify the design to suit your needs. We offer them in 3/8 24 tpi as a standard. But if you need a different thread size be sure to hit us up!
My Buddie and fellow Stumbler just got his Iron Head up! Check it out! Soon to be terrorizing the streets of Asheville!
Tank mods and various little fab work done by us a D6C. Now I just need to convince him he needs a set of our bars for the Glory of the Stumblers. Fucking righteous Dan!
My buddy Abner is trying to sell this bad ass comet. It needs a little but in my opinion the price is more than fair. I've ridden around in this car a number of times and personally would not hesitate to cruise outta state in it.
The new Briton Bees website is up and mostly finished! If you haven't seen their work you should check it out. Owned and operated by a hell of a talented guy and fellow Stumbler. His work rules. How many board track inspired mopeds have you seen? I can't wait to see how his work evolves as he transitions into 2 stroke street bikes! Briton Bees
Ive been meaning to post up some pictures from BMR. We have been running around the shop like mad men ever since we got back and caught up on sleep. I think it may finally be safe to talk about... Really all I can tell you is that we had a blast! Every time we go to an event we get to kick it with some rad mother fuckers and meet a ton more! There are so many down to earth, talented folk in the industry it makes me proud to be part of it.
There's way too many people to give shout outs to but some of the cats that directly helped us survive this event are as follows, Hugh for the loaner bike and being a bro! The Cats from The B.D.A.C. you kick ass, see you crazy fuckers soon! Robbie, Moses, Shit Falcon, and Flounderella for bro-in the hell down and aiding in the intoxication process... Matt your a rad mother fucker thanks for hookin up the water and a tailgate and please thank Dale for breakfast! P.s. go to Wheels Through Time. Don Wood and his OL for feeding half the event and other things! And every one else who took the time to say hello. We are really lookin forward to the next excuse to kick it again with all the rad bastards we met!
We got to watch Time Bomb crowd surf from the porch roof after Chris kicked him outta the cabin when he was up to no good... Too bad sliding down the steps from the second story and out the front door on a broken table would have been rad.
One of our customers sent us a few shots of his build witch happens to have a set of our brass foot pegs on it. We are really diggin the direction this scoot took! Keep up the great work Rob!
Come check us out tonight at M.R. Honda's bike night. We will be kicking it with the boys at Diamond Thieves Body Peircing and Tattoo. We will have a little merch and a few stickers with us. Come on by and say hi! It runs 6-9pm.
